Our Story

It all began in a hotel room in Los Angeles. I was applying mascara and dropped the wand into the sink.  An expensive one at that.  As someone who lives with Psoriatic Arthritis, I am no stranger to dropping items.  I thought that there has to be a better way to protect the investment of one's makeup stash and provide a more confident way to apply it.   I did some research, and what I wanted did not exist.  So I created it.  Dropsy Redhead Designs, LLC is a female owned company that specializes in solutions for those with fine motor issues.  The goal is "No Tumble When You Fumble™", and that a dropped item will not fall to the ground, or a gross hotel sink.

The design of the grip lets you hold the item multiple ways to adapt to your level of application.  We believe in the power of lipstick and feeling beautiful.  We want to change your makeup game - one mascara at a time.
